Are you using new server hardware with an existing Coda Video (HxGN dC3 Video) installation? In this case, please generate a new product ID in the Support portal. Please log-in or register there to initiate the process.

If you didn’t receive a license code for your new Coda Video (HxGN dC3 Video) software, you can request one by filling in the form below.
The product ID necessary to issue your license can be found in the Coda Video (HxGN dC3 Video) client software. Please navigate to the menu option “Info – Product ID.” Next, copy the character string displayed there and insert it into the form below in the field named “Product ID.”
Note: Do not use any non-Latin or special characters when filling out the form. Fields marked with a * are mandatory.
Have you updated an existing installation without modifications in the hardware? Have you expanded your system or lost your license code? In these cases, you can simply request a new license code. To do this, please send us the installation number (INR) of your Coda Video (HxGN dC3 Video) server.
